Captain's Log — "Reclamation of Doos"
"This is Starlod, CAF, Eagle Republic. Recording this entry for official records on the ongoing reclamation of Doos in the Okoro System. We made landfall at first light, stepping into cities still scarred from the civil war — towers collapsed, transit lines shattered, whole districts swallowed by dust. Yet, against all expectation, civilians endured here, living in the ruins long after the world was abandoned.
Our first priority has been stabilizing the population. Field hospitals are active, triage units deployed, and our troops are distributing food, clean water, and medical supplies. Reconstruction teams have begun the slow work of rebuilding Doos, starting with housing blocks, schools, and hospitals.
It will take time, but for the first time in years, this world feels like it belongs to its people again."
